Why did you launch the Inteliam evaluation process?
The timing was perfect as our sector faces new challenges. We need to meet certain standards, and CSR has become a critical requirement in public market tenders.

Combes described the process as user-friendly for those unfamiliar with evaluations. “The tools provided are straightforward and easy to use,” he stated. He noted that while the evaluation “involves substantial documentation to ensure it was grounded in concrete examples”, it remains “not overly demanding, making it an ideal preliminary exercise”.
What are the results and the next steps?
Combes reported: “Our score is very encouraging, and the overall process highlighted precise areas for improvement.” The evaluation prompted specific actions, including “the implementation of an anti-corruption policy, initiated with our HR department's support”.
