Measurement for growth: how Eudiff uses its Inteliam assessment to structure expansion and drive sustainable performance

When a fast-growing company chooses to be assessed, it's not just about scores — it's about sending a signal. To its teams. To the market. And to the future.

Choosing to be measured: a bold move, not a forced one

While many companies wait for external pressure — from new regulations, investors, or public opinion — others take the lead. That's exactly what Antoine Beaudet, CEO of Eudiff, chose to do when he launched the company's first Inteliam assessment. Not out of obligation but out of strategic intent.

You can't keep building if you don't stop and take stock. For us, this assessment is about knowing exactly where we stand — not just this year, but over time. It's a way to challenge ourselves and make sure our growth stays on course.

Antoine Beaudet, CEO, Eudiff

Founded in 1989 and passed from father to son in 2018, Eudiff is a fast-growing, family-run distributor that has become a key player in the automotive aftermarket across Normandy and Hauts-de-France. The company supplies everything from light and heavy vehicle parts to paints, tools, PPE and after-sales service, with a strong focus on responsiveness and local customer relationships. Today, with more than 120 employees and a growing multi-site structure, Eudiff is scaling up fast and with ambition.

And that's precisely why launching an assessment process made sense. Growth is only sustainable when it's structured. Progress only counts when it's measured. For Eudiff, this first evaluation wasn't about compliance. It was about clarity, momentum and stepping into the next phase of its development with confidence.

In the automotive aftermarket, opening your business to an external evaluation is still far from standard. But at Inteliam, we see it as the sign that something important is happening: choosing to be evaluated voluntarily, especially during a growth phase, shows real openness. It is the mark of a company ready to engage in meaningful progress — and that is what leadership means today.

With Inteliam, there was no hesitation. They understand our industry, they speak our language and above all, they brought structure without ever losing sight of the human side. That matters to us.
